Ingested information may include:

  • Aggregated sales and revenue data
  • Fees, costs, and profitability metrics
  • Performance summaries and store-level identifiers

Planistry does not collect or store end-customer personal information, including customer names, addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or employee personal data.

c. Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate the Services, such as session identifiers, system logs, and basic device or browser metadata. We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Use of Information

We use information solely to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • Process data into normalized metrics and projections

3. AI-Assisted Analysis

Planistry uses artificial intelligence tools to assist with interpretation of aggregated business metrics only.

  • AI systems do not receive end-customer personal data, employee personal data, or raw order-level records.
  • AI outputs are derived from deterministic calculations and historical performance data.
  • AI-generated narratives are temporarily cached to ensure consistency across dashboards, reports, and exports.

AI outputs are informational and interpretive only and do not constitute advice or automated decision-making.

4. Data Storage and Retention

  • Core account data, configurations, and processed metrics are stored in secure databases.
  • Uploaded CSV files and raw email attachments are processed and discarded.
  • Cached session and narrative data is ephemeral and expires automatically.
  • Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

5. Data Access

Access to customer data is limited to Planistry founders and occurs only as reasonably necessary for onboarding, quality assurance, system verification, or customer support. Planistry does not maintain a third-party support team with routine access to customer data.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that perform services on our behalf, including infrastructure hosting, email delivery, and AI processing providers. Such providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to provide their services and are not permitted to use it for independent purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication with HttpOnly cookies, and access controls limiting data visibility to authorized personnel. However, no security measures are infallible, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
